Problem With Electric System of Bajaj Pulsar 150UG3

Sir having trouble with electric system of pulsar 150 ug3, first of all my speedometer lights goes off then my headlight blinks some times and of now when i switch off the the ignition after that my speedometer shows numbers and battery drains to dead after that spark of one plugs goes off


Already changed BCU and regulator




Please help

Safe bet, dump the BCM (and related parts) with a gen earlier or later. Conversion cost is less than 1.5k INR with modification in current harness.

Couldn't conclude without diagnosis. Mostly likely to be a failed BCM
