Hi Friends,
I have a Pulsar 150 Dtsi 2011 model which has run 36400 Km. Lately I have been oppressed with below issue.
1. After reaching 6000 RPM it shoots to red line with no significant speed/power gain with lots of noise. It struggles to go beyond 70Km/h and barely manages to touch 80Km/h not before screaming hard and vibrating to make the hands feel numb.
2. Engine heats up fast I get burning smell and bike starts to knock back with above mentioned problem and I have to ride it at 60 or less to avoid knock back.
Just to describe knocking same feeling when you are about to run out of fuel and you have to switch to reserve.
I have recently got it serviced after observing the first problem. Instead of reducing it has increased the issue there is no problem with the mileage I still get around 45 - 50 Kmpl
