Improved Fuel Efficiency After Servicing?

I have seen increase in fuel efficiency after car servicing .
It also feel good to drive .
Are they psychological effect or really happens ?

Its the result of correct servicing .
(New lubricants,spark plugs and injectors cleaned,etc )

But in case of some parts like Clutch replacement,it takes time to get acquainted for new mileage ,just like a new car from delivery.(The play needs to set )

if you are confirmed with the Fuel efficiency with the numbers, then it's not phycological effect. , it's something which you see proven.
also new lubrication system's reduce the friction over all .
