Can I Add STP Power Booster (Octane Booster) in 2-Stroke Engines?

Hi All!
Came across STP Power Booster.
I think of adding it on my friend's Suzuki Samurai and in my Kinetic Honda.
I also saw the ABRO Octane Booster which does the same function that the STP does.
ABRO said not to use ABRO Octane Booster in 2-cycle engine in a video(Link: https://www.youtube.com/watch?feature=player_embedded&v=susRqxeDeqc)

Can I add it or not?

Yes you can, but for what? What do you expect from a decade old (or more) less than 100cc engine? Octane boosters will help for a better combustion, but that won't give you any huge (or even considerable) increase in performance with such a tiny & old engines.

That's why asked.
I am going for Nulon Engine Treatment for my Splendor and Kinetic.
