Chevrolet Beat TCDi 2014 Glow Plug Icon Lit

Engine oil pressure light glow for 2 sec after start....only after 5-6 hrs stay.Can anybody suggest what is the problem. Is this very serious problem.
Workshop changed oil sensor,pump but the problem is sril there.
