Check wether the brake pad worn out. Do give a pressure wash on the disc brake set which could remove all the dirt and mud accumulated in the disc.
You can keep the bike on center stand and rotate the front tire and check out sound is there for whenever tire rorates or only when you apply brakes? Some time sound will be due to slight bend in the disc.

There are few possibilities,

- brake pad worn out so that sound comes while braking
- disk worn out by excessively use of damage brake pads, so that sound comes while braking
- Disk bend
- improper release of piston in the assembly causing wrong angle of friction between brake pad and disk
- Dirt on pads and disk.

Check for circular marks uniformly along the disk circumference, if it is then time to replace disk.
