My Much Awaited Maruti Omni Restoration

Searched a lot on the forum, finally got an omni restoration thread, beautifully done. Would you mind sharing the total cost incurred? I too own an omni - 1993 model and its running well till date, but now it needs some bodywork as parts are beginning to rust, would be interested in restoring it back. Thanks

That's interesting how This Omni became famous, not only the cost matters, you should find a good mechanic who can restore it to the condition like his car is too.

I agree with you.I also own a 1994 Maruti Omni which has been repainted three times! Its a great car and has never let us down. I got inspired to restore my car by Jetu sir's thread.

Hello Rayvonnee..good to know that you would like to restore your omni..The restoration expenditure came upto 65k..

Thanks sir.Actually before I joined this fantastic forum,one day i searched Maruti Omni Restoration on google.Then,your car pictures came.I opened the link and came to know about TAI for the first time.I was stunned and speechless on seeing the beautiful Omni.Then,I registered in TAI.
