Help! Sumo Gold Engine Shut-off in 1st Gear with AC On

dear TAI freinds,
The new sumo gold of my freind have a starnge issue. The engine is shutoff in 1st gear with AC ON. The vehicle run only 13000 kms. If the AC is off then there is no problem. What will be the issue?

More over he was not satisfied with this vehicle and planing to sell it and i am intrested to buy, only if the above mentioned problem is not major.
Experts please throw some lights...

At TASS, what is the ECM/ECU report on laptop?
I think everything will be covered under warranty since it is just a 13000km run car.
