An Inside Look At LPG Kit

Two years back i wanted to install lpg kit on my matiz but i wanted to have complete information first, i could not find such technical information i have a evaporator with me which was taken out from a omini, i am uploading inside view of this along with information hope will be usefull for readers

evaporator from both sides





main things are water inlet
water out let
gas input
gas output
idling control
solinoid valve

working is very simple it has two diaphragms one regulated the supply of gas from input depending on the input presure input valve opens or closes this is controlled by a spring as input pressure is high of order 30psi

see pics yellow part is water chamber and black part is for gas

radiator coolant is used to keep gas from freezing













another chamber draws gas according to vacuum created by intake as inlet of the gas is at intake manifold if vacuum is more lever is pushed downwards and wide open of the gas and wise versa
