Problem With Autocop Central Locking (Guardian)

Dear members, yesterday i noticed a problem with autocop central locking (guardian model) in my brio. The left side indicators are not glowing in response to the remote. Other things seems normal like sound and right side indicator lights.

I suppose loose contact, what is your opinion

Are the indicators blinking otherwise ? Yes, it might be loose contact or fuse issue.

Yes otherwise it is working. I have checked with the hazard push button and with left indicator stick.

The device must be under warranty. Why dont you take to Autocop Service Centre?

Why don't you check with the guy where you got it fixed or the dealer if in case you got it fixed from the dealer.

And i guess it's a loose connection somewhere inside.

Thanks singh ji, yes it is fixed at the dealer place. Problem is distance dealers place is 14Km far from my place, can not go on weekdays due to office and sunday is closed. Anyway have to go if problem is to be rectified. Will see.

Problem update

Today under the hood I checked the connectors and pressed all the connections for tighten and guess what it was a loose connection problem. Now it is working as before .

Oh that was a nice DIY troubleshooting. Try to post a picture what you did, maybe of benefit to others.

Guys today i have another problem with remote central locking. The doors are not getting locked when i press the lock button. Beep sound is coming as usual but it is not locking. In fact when i am checking the doors (locked or not), panic alarm getting started.

However i checked the unlocking of door(after manually locking with key) it is working as usual. Please suggest guys what could be the cause of the problem

There should be the problem with the Master Gun fitted on the driver's door. If it stops working then all doors will not lock unlock with remote. The panic alarm will be activated as you have locked the car from remote.

DIY can be done for that? where exactly it will be installed on the door.
