TVS Apache RTR - Strange Noise on Using Self-Start

hi, friends. i need some of your help for my bike tvs apache rtr 160 (2008). I bought this as a second hand and i did a full service, after 3months now its giving me some strange noise whenever i try to use self start & kicker. It sounds kind of crackers and sometimes like a stones in mixer grinder so, guys need your help. please !!!!
