Strange Noise Near Right Corner on Wagon-R

I have a 2007 model Wagon R;Which has clocked 17,000 kms.There is a strange noise "tak.." coming near the right corner.I gave the car to the authorised dealer they inspected control arm,shockers,steering arm,crack if any...but nothing found wrong.Now they are telling there may be something wrong with repeats under the right fender and they will remove the dashboard too.But they didn't give any gurantee for solution.
There is no noise on plane surface,if it falls in a pot hole still there is no noise, only it sounds on bit rough surface at a regular interval.

Get the lower arm inspected.. also the stabilizer bar and wheel hub.

Everything mentioned were found fine.

Does it occur even if AC is off?
.Ask them to checks the area from where air is aspirated for AC when the AC is on ' external air' mode.It common for MSIL cars to aspirate some small solid object from outside leading to unexpected strange noise.

Yes,it occurs when the AC is off.
It's a metallic noise -not a plastic or wiring noise.

As suggested by Varun560061, get the lower arms checked. Another area I would look for is the rubber boot specifically. Also, try to see if it is coming from under the car or from the wheel wells.

At last diagnosed-it was a jack which was touching the right speaker intermittently.
