Swapping Some Other Engine in HM Contessa?

I'm planning to buy a HM Contessa Petrol version... and want to swap its engine from a Fuel Efficient engine...
like if it is possible to put a CR4 engine (used in Indica Vista eV2) ?
And how much it'll cost?
what else i'll need apart from these things?

Are you planned for Petrol engines only, If yes... Kindly use the available Petrol Isuzu engines. Its the best fuel efficient engine which can give around 14KMPL. You can also CNG the same.
If you planned for diesel, then there are lot of options.
