Re: How Brake Reservoirs Work???

It is not the brake reservoir. It is the vapor tank/ vapor canister.

The small line running to the fuel tank is a breather hose which uses to reduce pressure build up in a situation like when you are filling the tank. The second line is connected to a complex system that controls the petrol vapor pressure. You might notice the vapor canister (which is a white plastic tank near by) where this second line is connected to. And another line from the vapor canister goes all the way to the engine compartment and connects to the petrol vapor filter. Then another line start from the vapor filter and goes to the intake manifold. (Taken from other thread on TAI).

The brake reservoir is on the right side (left on the above pic) which is in white color.
