The most arrogant person I have met, for the first time got my Honda City repainted a year ago which he delivered as he promised.
But now, recently I met with an accident, for which I delivered the car to his workshop, for which he took complete one month.
In the accident, front bumper, grill, headlights, Left fender, bonnet were REPLACED, i.e. all the parts were NEW on order, the only repairing work was the aprin, and a few dents on right back door since I decided to get the car repainted as well due to scratches on other parts of the body.
The accident wasn't that bad which could affect any of the parts of engine compartment, but the body parts had to be replaced which included bonnet, bumper, left fender, left headlight and I decided to replace right headlight as well (which wasn't broken) since it would look odd with one new(LH) and one old(RH) headlight.
The paint work was good, but the arrogant way he behaved, and took so long and exaggerated the work to be done as if the accident caused major issues to the car.
AND FOR INFORMATION OF THE READERS, since the honda car's parts are expensive, the bill was above 1lac (which included Complete paint job as well),WHICH WAS PAID IN CASH TO HIM, NO INSURANCE WAS CLAIMED BY ME AND EVEN THEN SOMEONE COULD TAKE SO LONG FOR THE WORK IS UNBELIEVABLE.
He said he is giving me the car with interior cleaning and detailing since he felt sorrow for the delay to deliver, (as if that was a favor to be appreciated
and even after "interior detailing", there was dust on the gear compartment, no polish was there on dashboard. Left headlight (new) is somewhat defected since the reflector is not working properly for which I informed him, for which he said that should have been informed then only and not after two months, but within that time I got it checked from a few other places for which they said it cannot be corrected since its defective.
At the time of delivery fog lamps were not working, horn was not working.
Such a bad experience from him this time, thanks Mr. Rohit for such an arrogant behaviour to deal with your customers, first don't listen to their problem, and when you do, quote your words as you should have informed me 'Before'.
Over confidence will someday kill you brother.
