Turbo Timer For My Tata Marina

Just installed this new toy on our company Marina, the driver blew the turbo resulting in full overhaul, the clutch was also replaced in the process. We are suppose to idle the turbo engine for a minute before shutting down as per instruction by the manufacturer. But as usual, company driver do not follow as it's not their vehicle anyway.
I have attached a video which show it idle for 15sec before engine cut.

It has a preset of 1,2 or 3minute as well. The turbo is now hidden behind the dashboard to prevent the driver from meddling on the setting. The only way to cut the engine immediate is to release the handbrake.
Love to see the reaction of the fuel station attendant when the request us to cut the engine before refuelling. We show them the key that it is out.

BTW how much kms has the car run prior to this failure?

We had a marina 125000kms in odo and the turbo was perfect

It was just crossing 1Lac km when it fails. Prior to that there was excessive white smoke from the exhaust.

what is the cost and install process of the project?

It cost about Rs1250(Imported-Made in Taiwan), About 20mins for the installation. Need to remove the panel below the steering wheel, just a few wires to be tap on.
