got the cluster meter replaced.
for a warranty claim to be done , they had called in the team from mahindra to record the fault(the reading for rpm on the ODB scanner to the laptop and then the reading on the cluster meter).
snaps taken with the torque curve and all the readings and sent to mahindra for the warranty claim.
laptop readings mentioned the idle RPm betwwen 799 to 815rpm with the AC on.
now the ODO reads 0KM with the cluster meter replacement. although the vehicle history will have the correct readings.
charges : nil.
the cluster meter though costs Rs.2,500/- otherwise.
since it was a warranty claim , hence no charges.
on the ODO now it is reborn again.
