finally back after spending 10 hours at the showroom
throttle body was dirty and they cleant it using a spray, they revved the car hard and kept spraying it into the intake, then he opened the spark plugs and boy were they dirty re-gapped them, cleant the air filter lots of dust and flowers and leaves stuck in it. Clutch and brakes were bled and brake pads removed and cleant using sand paper they said i have around 20,000km more life on it some 6-7 mm left 2 mm is the service limit where the squealing will start and 11mm is the original thickness by the way the pads are soft, calipers did not need any greasing so they let it be for the next service.
Wheel alignment darn it out of 6 areas only 2 were in the green zone rest 4 all out. Clicked a pic of the computer screen but from far as the alignment was in progress.
Clutch still feels odd and engaging late but there is slight difference not much jerks warranty guy said drive it for few days while i put up the notice about noise in all petrol vernas and see what they do about it. He told me to get the car back on the 18th to upgrade the springs Free of cost.
My bill came to Rs.0 since he put all my demanded work as issues so it could be done in warranty.
By the way this is for bazooka and allhyundaicars i met 3-4 petrol verna owners and all of them get an fe of 6-8 in city 10-11 highway and they have clocked between 1500-3000 km. Regarding the bumper modification he showed me hyundais reply, they stated that modifying it will add to body weight of the vehicle hampering fuel economy. I told him about sandy getting the modified one he said there is no such if so i would have told you.
vernas i saw today having these repairs carried out.
1 diesel verna ecu replace, 2 vernas ac service, 1 brake pad change, 1 injector change and 1 turbo pipe replacement. While a new sonata was getting its gear box removed.
heres the complaints
After driving in the rains to the centre along with alignment in progress

heres whats modificed in the march 2012 springs.
