One of my Remote went for a wash with my jeans and came out clean and working. The drying effort of the washing machine was good, I suppose. Knew about it only when the key fell out while I was hanging the jeans on the cloths line.
Drove down to Chennai for a week. The steering wobbling is still there between 110 and 120. so kept the speed below 100 while going.
I was advised by the doctor during a medical checkup to avoid sudden jerks and movements. So drove back slowly, rarely touching 80 and not using the turbo at all. Got an FE of 21 for the return trip including around 100 kms of city driving in Chennai. (100%) AC.
Last Saturday while going to Hosur on some personal work, saw Vishwas
near Hosur heading towards Krishnageri. It was the first time I have seen a TAI
sticker on a car anywhere. Hope to see more of them around soon.
The car has completed over 25000 kms. But I will be using it less now as I have opted for full time working from home and will drive only if my presence is absolutely required in the office.
Bought a car cleaning kit at A2B on the way to Krishnageri, after the demo guys removed most of the scratches from the car, for 450 rs. Now my car does not have any noticeable scratch.
Still don't know if I should remove the sunfilms or wait for the PIL against the order to be heard in July.
