Update @36000 kms.
Dad took it for outstation trip and was very impressed with the vehicle, such that he took it for a 360 in plain ground and this:
He didn't notice a stone which was ahead while exiting the site plot
So I took it yesterday to get the quote to replace the bumper @Concorde Motors Diary circle and got a quote of 10k to replace the bumper
, the service guy said he can fix the type 1 bumper as I had asked for the old one and wasn't a fan of new one. The insurance guy denied and said the new one will only be replaced and he said that he can pay up 50% of the cost rest should come out from my pocket.
I was very uncomfortable paying so much for just a bumper what made things worse was that he told he needs to keep the car minimum 5 days in the workshop.
So I called up Varun, went to his place and together we went to Prerna Motors Spares shop at Mysore road and bought the type 1(Old Model) bumper and clutch kit which totally cost me 7k Change, break-up as follows:
1) Front Bumper Full: 3k
2) Clutch Kit: 3k
With all the taxes and charges, the bill came up to 7k
Have given it to our Mechanic and it's getting prepared to rock back into the roads.
The reason for going to Type 1 model is that I don't like the new Manza model bumper as it has too much of Chrome and cabbies looks, moreover the cost of the current bumper is almost 6.5k and I don't know what makes it much expensive to replace.
So with all these, I'm changing Engine oil and GB oil where the total costs comes around 11 or 12k which i feel is pretty worth.

Thank you Rohan, Nice to see fellow Vista owner with same colored Vista on-board and yes I don't mind praising it again and again, the comfort and ride quality is very matured which I frankly didn't like in any other hatchbacks in competition. The QJD is decent and makes enough power.
Question: Do all the private cars in your city needs to put the red tape behind?
