The clutch pedal wasn't well modulated, the biting point was too early, and this didn't allow him to start the car sometimes (as clutch wasn't fully depressed). Notchiness in the gears points to this issue IMO. |

Good to hear 100% refund. How much time he will take to give it back? I heard they might take months to give back the refund amount.
I had called toll free number for NEXA too.
They mentioned that for Delta Petrol, waiting period is indeed 16-18 weeks. | no refund should not take months.. you should get refund within 8-10 working days.I got mine (accessories refund cheque) in 4-5 days, but you need to push them for couple of times though. |

Also as you mentioned in you post earlier the door panels are bending easily ? So which means if small brush from any side will give it a dent ? In Bangalore its hard to drive between lanes so m worried ? Folks in Bangalore can understand where am coming from. |

I had said that suppose you lean on any door, it will slightly bend inside, but will come out to original position as and when you get away from the door. It does not form any dent. It is the same with my Swift too, where the roof bends (but comes back), doors bend and bonnet does bend sometimes. But bending is temporary and as soon as you release pressure, it will come back to original position. So don't worry.
And yes you can check it during delivery. Since yours is a Zeta, you can depress the clutch normally and see if the start stop button works perfectly or not. I found this issue in the Petrol TD car (drove only Petrol) and ameyam also mentioned about it. |

Please advise. |

Please advise. | Yes, I talked to TSIVipul and he says that it is best to change it after covering at least 500 km. So first service would be absolutely fine. |

| Re: Maruti Suzuki Baleno 2015 Zeta (Petrol): Ownership Review Anyone has experience buying car in Navi Mumbai/Mumbai? I will be mostly booking the car next weekend. So wanted to know which NEXA dealer to go for booking?
Till now, I have taken 2 TDs at S K Wheels, Turbhe as I stay in Navi Mumbai and have interacted with them only. There is always too much rush there and not sure how would be the experience later as till now NEXA experience has been worst than Mumbai local experience.
But, I think I can also go with other NEXA dealers in Mumbai as well. So, wanted to know if I can go to some good dealer and mainly if anyone has good relations with any one dealer? |

We got our Baleno from SK Wheels Navi Mumbai. The dealer experience was not at all great as the RM assigned to us was always giving false info on delivery, allotment, etc. We always had to bypass him and speak to the showroom manager or CRM for right info. I had also got in touch with Maruti Suzuki Regional Manager for processing the allotment of our car.
We went to Navi Mumbai from Mumbai, as the RM told us he can deliver the vehicle in time, but I guess we all know that is not happening at any NEXA. I had been to most NEXA showrooms in Mumbai. I found one at Andheri East (Shivam Autozone) the best, Sai Service at Parel is also good. You can try these. At Shivam speak with Darshan is a good chap
Also one advice would be, if you can manage reach any NEXA showroom early in the morning by 9.30 - 10.00 AM for good quality service and TD.
Hope this helps! |
