@ Njoy: Nothing to worry. Its AC water if there is no any odour or colour or sticky. According to my knowledge cars will drain AC water either from right or left corner of front side (correct me if I am wrong). Ford may changed it to centre. I do noticed same more frequently in below instances.
1.) Early morning run in cold weather.
2.) Same above in the evening.
3.) Sudden parking the car (Ignition off) after running for few or more kilometres on AC.
4.) When keeping defogger in windshield mode and temperature set to low. Just my thoughts. It might be correct to some extent but not exactly right. To MODS:

Generally when ever cars run on AC there will be drain of water but it will be less. We can observe more drain of water from above cases.
Reason: There is few amount of cooling gas/liquid left after switching off AC in the condenser tubes and other pipes where cooling process carried on will form into water and drained out from AC water outlet where you will find high amount of water.
There is no problem from the above but to avoid this
.switch off AC and keep blower ON 1 or 2 KM prior to parking or
.Bring the AC temp to 28 degrees and run for few distance then repeat the before procedure.
So for self satisfaction visit service centre and do let us know if they encounter any problem.
