After this response, I got a call from Maruti and they asked about any nearest dealer so I told about D.D. Motors Mayapuri which is nearby to Tilak Nagar where I stay. Though I never received any call from D.D. and I wrote again to Maruti but they have not responded yet.
I went to D.D. Motor day before yesterday and I asked them about logistic charges. I even had a word with their manager and told them about Delhi Government grievance cell, where I shall file a complain if they would not waive off this. I categorically confirmed with them that will they provide the itemized bill mentioning about Logistic charges and they confirmed the same. I also told them that I shall file a complain about logistic charges with RTO and other concerned authorities and they were ok with that.
And you would not believe, up to which level I have grilled them for this logistic charges but they said that this is approved by Maruti and can't be waived off.
After that I again visited them today to finalize the colour and raised the topic again but their response was same. Though I have not yet given to booking amount.
What do you say guys?
