Wego is best in 110cc segment. Jupiter has features but looks boxy(personal opinion). But Wego has good looks.
The engine is totally different from the old one. The old one had some real brute power, the engine was like a straight descendant from the mighty Apache, it had that huge RAW power.
The new one is same as Jupiter, a newly developed one.
The new one is quiet, smooth, very frugal (I was getting 50 kmpl before first service itself), but not powerful. It is linear accelerating, Try riding a Unicorn and an Apache, you will know which one has raw power and which has linear acceleration. Obviously, Unicorn is linear accelerating that's why it gives better FE that Apaches.
The old one's exhaust note was loud, new's is crisp, very crispy infact.
The digital console of mine is still intact, and it also has trip meter!
Even though there is no change in styling parts like the panels, the new stickering makes it look fresh than any other scooter in the market.
The build quality is same as the former, very strong and build quality is good.
Yes, the new one is a improved and refined model of the old one. Even after Jupiter's launch, TVS Wego is selling very good, teens and youth settle at Wego, mature go for Jupiter.
The present model's quality is good, dunno about the upgraded one.
The disc brakes have good bite, they are worth for their cost. The disc brake fluid lid is near the speedometer, you can check anytime. Maintenance is as usual for any bike, just go to the ASS
, he will service it for you. It is reliable.
You will surely love, take a TD.
So, my Wego is going to touch 4.5K kms. it is at 448x today.
