Yesterday got a call from MASS regarding feedback of this service, where I've an AMC and got all services done here.

Regarding service, all is well but I've a problem to report that your computer data entry operator entered wrong KMs in the invoice and it is 20 k kms more and I had noticed this and reported to SA at the same moment. MASS Feedback person:

Now, when I reported this 20 K + wrong entry is service record to SA, he said as invoice is printed and payment is done, there is nothing much I can do. For doing so I need to take formal permission from Maruti System and it will be corrected in next service.
That's a long and boring experience.
Just wanted to share with you.
What's your call this guys ? Had you ever been gone through this kind of experience ? Will it be corrected in their system ? As little I got to know from fellow customers there that it can't be changed once it is done. The reason why I am so concerned is I just want to maintain clean and clear service history of my car so that if in future I will sell out, there shall not be any issue.
