If you could let me know the time lines that generally products take to reach from Aliexpress and if there are any custom charges we need to pay? As I am also in Chennai thought you would be the best person to throw light on my queries.

Now days AE services are improved a lot, disputes are settled very fast. Sellers use simple small parcel unregistered modes which reach us within a month. Registered packets takes little more weeks. Honk Kong/ Singapore posts are faster, better than China post. We should avoid ordering items during Chinese New Year time. Almost one month they will not work.
Regarding customs duty in India generally you will be lucky not to have for values less than 20-25 dollars. If it gets into customs thorough analysis, takes more time. Read there more.

MY ALBUS: GETS DUAL DISPLAY VOLTMETER
Somehow I am not happy with my previous two voltmeters, not that they are bad or dysfunctional, but I preferred something crisp, nicely designed, static & dual display without a clock.
The multifunctional VM clock time getting delayed few minutes & needs periodical correction and I have decided to have an independent clock.
My Head Unit never holds the Indian standard time as experienced with any Chinese make including CASKA and I am planning an analogue clock about which I will share with you soon.
Further, in multifunction display the between readings makes you to wait one by one to read the display functions which drag your attention.
I have ordered a latest VM which has dual display, indicating battery voltage and internal car cabin temperature in different display colors, also crisp and very cheap @3.5$
I you liked it , have any proposal, go for it. Avoid three in one, with USB charger.

| Re: My New Honda City in White - The Albus Hi Jijo Mathew,
Based on your recommendation, I bought the "3RCA car AUX USB male dash flush mount mounting adapter" from the same link given by you. You had stated that this adaptor links the USB and AUX to dash board with perfect fit. However, I find the adapter to be too small to fit into the slot provided on the dash board as you can see in the picture attached. Can you please let me know where I have gone wrong? Regards, Raj Quote:

MY ALBUS: SUN VISOR VANITY MIRROR
My daughter loves the convenience of a visor mount Vanity Mirror at passenger side and my ALBUS didn't have one.
I know, Vanity Mirrors are available only on high-end versions and I don’t want her to do some last minute makeup by twisting the rear view mirror! And therefore I have decided to go for one.
I wanted something special, elegant and importantly I didn’t want to have a distorted image, low quality glass.
Sun visor with led light vanity mirrors are expensive and not available to match the OE and needs to be replaced on both the sides with the matching design available in the market, therefore decided ‘NO’ to it. There are mini led lights are available, if required can be added later.
I preferred a thinner one and not a clip type with bulging frames. I wanted it to be neat and hidden without taking extra space between roof and sun visor.
So, it was really difficult to find the one to my specification.
Fortunately I found out one in Ali Express @ 6.80 Dollars. Free shipping The car mirror up auto supplies the car hairdressing mirror lens-in Interior Mirrors from Automobiles & Motorcycles on Aliexpress.com | Alibaba Group
PROS:
Good quality. The mirror is clean, clear & super slim. It is made out of a special polished sheet metal, confirmed to all my specification and expectations.
It is prettiest, arrived unscratched and well-packed. The mirror has self-adhesive sticker, fixed well and the visor closes as normal with the product installed.
CONS:
Not a glass, little tinted and it reflects little less bright skin tone with micro enlargement of image but definitely not noticeable by everyone.
It keeps my wife and daughter happy and, I like that too.
I have ordered one more for my side (driver) …..He He! |

Thanku so much. | I have installed autoform seat cover, I am happy with quality, they are made as per car seat, so they fit very nicely.
Also in one year if did not get loose. I have installed one which comes with 2 years warranty.
Hope that helps. |
