If your Warrent Period s completed then try 90/100 as it requires some wiring to be altered. Quote:

But in my case I not doing anything to actual key(original honda key) instead I m planing to convert my gear lock key. I gave a thought of doing it for car key but then even after converting that car key to flip key. The Gear lock key will always be hanging. I have habit of locking my car(gear lock) even if I getting out of car for 1 min.(Unless I m near to car).
So I have to choose between which key need to converted to flip key. I m planing for gear lock key. So even if my gamble goes wrong I m not causing big hole in my pocket.
Now come to actual answer. Yes its possible to convert Honda key to flip key(even if you have any model(EMT/SMT)

Philips X-treme Vision is the best bulb you can find in terms of light it throws at the rated wattage. For whitish light, Philips crystal vision best but you will lose some light compared to X-treme Vision.
As of 90/100 rating, I see Philips Rally is awesome. Some say it burns soon but its cheap to replace. Relay and harness is required though.
For whitish light, Philips Essential Vision. Quote:

| Re: My New Honda City in White - The Albus I ordered hella dynaedge from ebay the seller was storeji(jazzmyride)
I expected that i would be getting 24' & 14' blades. But they sent me 22' and 14'.
The blades were beautiful and I could not resist myself so installed them on my car.
So the outcome brilliant extremely smooth noise free and super clear glass but an arc of thickness 2' wouldn't get cleaned. But It did not matter much as I was getting a very good view and I decided to keep them. So after a ride in heavy rain I got out my car and was admiring the new blades and I realize the 22' one is installed in the opposite direction. I.e HELLA logo should face bonnet and not windshield. So I tried putting it in the right direction but I couldn't and no one can. I placed a replacement request on ebay.Seller contacted me asap. Gave me the address to return it. I couriered it back to him and am waiting for a new set with 24' & 14' blades. It has been 10-15 days no news about the replacement yet. When I mail the seller I get a reply saying our team is looking into the matter and your problem will be attended soon. Now waiting with a hope that I get the new set before monsoons gone :( |

Thanks... Best Regards

| Re: My New Honda City in White - The Albus OK. Did some research on the bulbs.
As per my understanding 90/100 upgrade will void the warranty and may damage the reflector as well. Is that right?
Philips xtreme are recommended over Osram due to their longer durability.
Now my question is will changing bulbs to 55/60w makes sense in philips xtreme as stock bulbs are of same configuration so how much light difference will it make? |

Is that right? | It will surely void warranty and I even think 90/100 is illegal here but most people will ignore. As far as damage is concerned, many of them are using 90/100 and never faced damaging issues but anything more wattage, may damage or you really don't need more then 90/100. Quote:

However, comparing to stock will differ because not all stock bulbs are same branded supplied with car. It could be better or same. Also you have a new Honda City, they may come with better bulbs or similar as x-tream? no idea
See if you can get a trial of the bulb Philips x-treme in any of car accessories shops and compare with stock. If they don't help you, then 90/100 bulbs or HIDs are the only ways.

The specifications are HB3 for high-beam and H11 for low beam, the particular specification lights are not available in xtreme vision. Please check the manual its specified. |

HB3 is very rare type and you hardly get a good options in it. Expensive as well.
I really didn't know about this. Thanks for telling us.
