This time the left head lamp was not working , So they have changed the bulb.
The OE stock one was manufactured by Philips 60/55
, Made in Germany
I questioned to Service Manager, why interior cleaning was charged more than India Garage, to that his answer was, earlier service was provided by Maxicare (Orange Solutions).
Now it was being provided by WURTH
, which is not at all worth. Me:

Took my file of car, showed him,
why Consumables charge is more & OCA brakes is more.

Showed the previous bill, He had no answer. Manger:
Boasting more of service provided by Wurth for interior cleaning.
I was 1st to register complaint against Wuth.
It showed that they had not done their work, Manager came with me till the car.
Again they started cleaning, he made a call to service provider(Wurth).
By this time i told them to open Engine bay, nothing was clean.
The Manager was like shamed, He again sent the car for wash.
When all this happened, I was already tired moving here and there.
The SA was no there at all.
I even forgot to test drive after service which i usually do.
As exams was there on Monday, I was in a hurry to leave dealership.
I called SA but he didn't lift the call.
Now have dropped a mail to Customer Care yet to get a reply.
After all these things happened, The Customer Care Manager came and told me that i was being offered discounts.
Which you can see on this bill.
And the left wiper blade which they were about to replace was adjusted with this discount.
