Thanks Naveen sir and Vishnu sir,
Apology for delayed reply.
The search began when i was really fed up by stretching myself every time to roll down the passenger side window.
The search included front power window kits from other manufacturer like Hyundai, Nissan, Chevrolet etc, but the kits had little compatibility with my OE PW motors and were expensive.
After deep consultation with fellow colleagues and Auto Cop technicians, it was decided to buy a single power window switch from Auto Cop and fix it to the rear of the existing OE single power window switch on the driver side.
Since there is a big empty hollow space behind the switch, the next constraint was to fill the gap and level the after market Auto Cop switch with the OE switch
Personally, i was not very much convinced for fitting the Auto Cop power window switch as it would have looked bad, but i had little choice so had to go ahead with that.
Working on fitting the switch it was difficult to fill up the gap and also the switch was looking ugly, that idea was dropped.
Soon, after browsing on Internet i found out that a seller was selling universal front power window kits with illuminated switches.
The kit also had complete wiring, also the master switches were placed side by side, which made the gap filling query solved.
The switches were press fit type so just had to cut a small piece plastic from both the right and left door panels and press fit the switch on it.
I was very skeptical about the compatibility of the switches with my OE motors and winders, but after consultation with technicians and my colleague at office i was convinced that switches will work properly.
Finally the switches arrived after 25 days, and very next day me and my trusted technician began working on it, and after few hours the fitting was completed and the results are as i have mentioned in my earlier posts.
The kit costed me close to INR 1800/- including shipping.
The switches are working fine as of now.
Hope it keeps on working properly.
