After repeatedly listening same words for a month, raised complaint 5 days back with TM (complaint number 1-46535361719). After that received mail from showroom telling same story "waiting for allocation list from TM. will inform as early as we receive it". In addition now I receive call from customer care asking If I am satisfied with showroom & TM action on my complaint

I have booked Tiago Diesel XZ (with alloys) in Berry Red colour on 25/07/2016
I was told the delivery within 4 weeks.
But after 5 weeks no news on allotment, so i lodged complain to TML via phone, the manager of the dealership contacted me at my preferred time and told they are trying hard and will update us asap
Exactly after 6 weeks from booking I contacted TML via FB, and the bext day the car was allotted to me, XZ with alloys.
Because of Ganesh festival the car delivery has been delayed to end of this month though I will delay it bit more and take it on 2/10/2016.
I am really happy with the quick response of TATA.
