steering hard for managing city traffic .you got to be kidding me.
all the reports have stated storme as easily drivable in city.
and 9000km on my storme,i never feel a bit in city traffic that im driving such a huge vehicle.
(drive mostly in gurgaon and sometimes delhi)
rear door noise i am also facing and another major issue of one of the doors nt closing properly.earlier it was driver door, i got the hinges replaced now the problem has shifted to middle row door.
apart from this i no issues at all.
really happy with TASS.they proactively found out loose engine cap.
they replaced it and filled the spilled engine oil.
absolutely 0 bill and free washing evrytime i go even for a small issue.
is it really comfort at 15 lakhs?mine lx on road 11.5 with alloys woofer etc.i find its real value for money than going for a 10 lakh sedan or duster.
the anywhere go attitude.you never have to bother about bad roads.27k AMC for 3 years.
so for first 3-4 years only 27k to be spent.
check annual service costs for deisel hatch backs ,sedans(exclude maruti).
saying storme waste of money is no justice.
i accept few things will always come with TATA brand but it is a great vehicle at least till now it seems to be.
i never have to think twice to go for a 1000km trip.
have covered 1000km in less than 24hours 2-3 times.
could i have done that with a sedan?i dnt think so.
and noises i wont categorise them as rattling but squeaking soundsn from rear door

More than these two, i love the first generation Safari
i respect your personal opinion.
i wish you could have a look at my storme standing next to a dicor.
that would have really made you reconsider your opinion.
