Nice to see a Premier Padmini here as i too own one & coming to know you bought it used in 2008, i must respect you for saving its future as these are surely getting scarce day by day.
I love the way its been kept, even the original rexine (on seats & door pads) has been preserved (even after you changed seats), not to mention the now almost impossible to source steering lock cum ignition switch, I would suggest you to change the steering wheel to stock one which you can easily source from scrapyard (Kurla CST area).
Further you will be happy to know that your car has the original inner plastic door pull handles, ash trays & sun visors.

Would like to correct something here. The difference between a Premier Padmini
& a Fiat 1100D
is that the former was the new name ( initially it was badged Premier President) given to the car after Fiats' license with Premier Automobiles Ltd. ended in 1972, while the latter (Fiat 1100D) were the last "FIAT" badged 1100s. The "D" here stands for DELIGHT
& not Diesel. Diesel Padminis came with the badges, " PREMIER DIESEL DELUXE" & " PREMIER PADMINI 137D"
