As we all know the saying "HEALTH is WEALTH" & that's what we would be discussing here.In today's world with the increased stress, increased luxuries, increased competition, increased pollution the saying "An Apple a Day Keeps the Doctor Away" no longer exists.

Exercising is a must for everyone. You stay fit,you live longer, you are less prone to diseases, you can de-stress your self, etc are few of the many advantages of exercising.

Exercising does not only mean gyming. It can be anything ranging from a simple walk to heavy weight training.

Well there is a lot lot more to say but depends on everyone preference.Like few are interested in being the same and just staying fit where as others want to improve their bodies.

Lets just begin with everyone's diet -

Height - 5.8 , Weight - 84

<--HAVE 20GM WHEY WITH SKIMMED MILK AT 7:30

9:00 - Oats with milk,4 WHITES, 1 FULL EGG

10:30 - fruits,paneer,etc

12:00 - 2 bhakri with dal,sabzi,5 EGG WHITES AND PANEER

1:30 - fruits,etc

2:00 - OATS AND BANANA,WHEY 10 MINS BEFORE LIFTING

3:00 to 4:00 pm - GYM.RIGHT AFTER WORKOUT 30GMS WHEY AND DEXTROSE EACH

5:00 - HAVE 5 WHITES, MILK AND OATS

7:00 - 1 bhakri with dal & sabzi,4 egg whites

9:00 - 2nd bhakri with dal & sabzi & 5 egg whites

<---BEFORE SLEEP HAVE 30-40GMS PANEER

(note - the no of egg whites i have varies,i am trying to increase but the max i have now is 8)

Its not for you to follow.Everyone has a different diet according to their bodies & goals.

Height - 5.8 , Weight - 84

No. That's my weight & height.

This is overweight.
For 5.8, the ideal weight should be in range of 70-75 KG max.
+ 1. My gym chart says it should be between 64 to 70.

Thats great going guys! Lot of Fitness freaks here like me!

And Neil, a question for you!

Are you trying to reduce your weight?

I can help you out in choosing the right diet!

The above diet is for people who in ranges of 65-70!

You first have to lose around 15 Kgs to join Six pack club!

Zinam i am concentrating on Body Building only.I don't want a lean body & 6 packs,I want a muscular body with 6 packs[:D].The thing is i was 94kgs before(Pure fat).came down to 75.(just in 3 months,was a fat loss diet).Then had left gym in between,rejoined again.

Now the ideal weight of a muscular/gym toned body (for height 5.8) should be 85 kgs.My current weight too is 85,but 7kgs are of the muscles i have grown and the rest 8kgs is the FAT i have to loose.

That's the reason i am on a high protein diet.More protein helps in building more muscles. Now these muscles need some food to maintain them self which ultimately results in fat loss (fat converted to food to maintain muscles) even when you are asleep.

You are enjoying my dream diet napster.

But to be frank its UNHEALTHY.The difference is just that its not showing up on you weight.Keep exercising to keep yourself fit.The ill effects of your diet show up later on[:)]

Optimum Nutrition Whey Protein. Its costs 2099 for 2lbs.
Don't go for any Indian Brands, though they are safe, you get 4lbs in rs 2000 but its a strict no no.

Whey Protein is the purest form of protein with minimum cholesterol & fats. One scoop of whey has 32 grams of protein.Where as the a normal boiled egg has 2,3 grams.

Our body needs 2.2 gram of protein per kg of our body weight. Now tell me how many eggs would we need to eat to have the right amount of protein.

So its best to fulfill the protein requirement the 50-50 way,50% naturally & 50% on supplements.Drink 4,5 liters of water everyday & you are safe.
