I was just wondering trekking isn't far-fetched adventure to a road-tripper! Hope many of you had completed Himalayan Treks. Couldn't find a similar thread (and such experiences may deserve a separate thread - thinking process!) & hence creating a new one.
Himalayan Range spans across 2400 kms with 50+ mountains over 23,000 ft. Comparatively, the highest peak outside Asia is just 22800+ ft. And we are gifted to have such proximity & access to these treks. Mountains are for everyone. It is always a dream to do a difficult trek. It still is. Just did a Roopkund Trek.
Please do share your trekking experiences here.
Trek Name: Roopkund Trek
No of days: 8 days
Peak Altitude: 15750 ft
Experience: A pretty exhausting, exhilarating one. I don't feel too accomplished yet. But there is a lot of inner joy.
