Dear Friends,
With our jobs taking us to various new places/ countries, we need to be really careful about our luggage that we leave at the check in counters and even at security baggage screening.
It has often happened with common people and even celebrities that the luggage goes missing mysteriously.
It is not always easy to re-locate the missing luggage and the passenger has to run from pillar to post to file a complaint or re-locate the luggage.
A simple way to avoid such uncalled for situations at airport or even at railway stations is to remain alert of the people who are checking in your luggage including porters (who are now even present in airports).
I would like to know, what are the simple measures one can follow apart from being alert as to safeguard the luggage?
Please share if you have faced a loss situation earlier and what measures you all now practice while traveling by flight or train.
Those who travel by local trains daily can also share their insights over here.
The aim is to create awareness among unsuspecting travelers pan-India.
Regards
Akash
