Looks pretty healthy

is that couscous cooked in stock ?
Yes... This is some veg stuff (not remember the exact name) which is cooked in stock, served with salad with topping of virgin olive oil.

Here comes the dish of my interest (I love non-veg stuff more) [:D]

Meat balls, Prawns & raw fish with butter & salad.

TAIgers become Chefs: What's Cookin' Fellows?

Well TAIgers,

You all have shared your City's best eating joints, you know the menu they serve and their preparations. But,

1) How many of you know cooking?

2) Do you enjoy cooking?

3) How often do you cook?

4) What does your better half say on your cooking skills?

5) The best dish you have cooked so far?

Please share your recipes, experiences and pics of dishes on this thread. Even if you are a novice, please don't hesitate to share.

Its a lovable gesture too!

Looking for some delicious cooked dishes!

Regards

Hi bro..
I'm a self confessed foodie.. and absolutely enjoy cooking
Due to a lack of kitchen and my only companion being my trusty induction cooktop, I try to cook one pot meals mostly, but whenever I get a chance to jump into my apron, I never miss it.

I don't have a better half at the moment but then I'm sure she might appreciate the extra help in the kitchen [lol]

Some of the best dishes I have cooked are: (in either my maa's kitchen or my friend's [;)])
Malai Kofta
Rabri
Penne Milinzane ( Penne pasta cooked with brinjals)
Chole Puri
Thai drunken noodles
Paneer Bhurji
Paneer Chili
PAV BHAJI ( my absolute fav, learnt it from my maa), and much more

Then there are the usuals:
Toor Khichdi, Urad Khichdi, Poha, Upma,
Aloo Mutter, Mutter Paneer, Veg. Pulav,
Puliogare, Lemon Rice, Dal fry, Pulisherry
Aloo Poshto, Schezwan Noodles, Coconut rice,
Onion-Aloo Pakoras with tea (specially made for rains), and much more

I'll try my best to share the pics and recipes in the coming days as and when I get an opportunity.. especially the One-Pot meals which would be helpful for my dear bachelor friends [;)]
