You can check out The Automotive India's Marketplace, Ebay, OLX etc.
There are a lot of websites providing used cars.

You can check TAI Marketplace.
Also check OLX, Quickr, Sulekha.
Try to avoid carwale, cartrade, carsalesindia etc as those are filled with cars from dealers.

all car* websites have majority dealers listed
youi'd be surprised to know that they have listed themselves under individual category

you think that you're contacting individual for query but inturn you will start receiving calls from dealers

this happened with me

i checked olx infiltrated with dealers again

You can even check classifieds in newspapers for genuine ads from individuals. Be quick if a deal seems good because these cars sell in no time due to the widespread reach of print media.
