During a morning walk last week, found that its extremely foggy.
In a bridge where there is no vehicular traffic, I could hardly see even 5 meters ahead and sides were like grey curtain on the bridge side walls.
By the time I reached another bridge on the main road it was slightly better but still visibility was poor.
The moment a red glowing tail lamps of vehicles vanishes in seconds and nothing is visible after that.
All of a sudden a huge lorry appeared infront out of nowhere.
What all precautions we should take while driving in such a weather condition.
A few observations from that day.
There some vehicles where driver switched on the caution lights and all of them were blinking (luckily there were only a few like that)
Some cars were with head lights on in high beam.
Some were with a dim lighting.
Most of them were with low beam head light on.
Surprised to see that there were some cars equipped with fog lamps and driver forgot to switch on or don't know about that.
What was striking was the ineffectiveness of red tail lamps and head lamps (as viewed from outside). Its like they vanish in thin air after a few meters.
