hi folks ..i had purchased an electra in chennai (2010) , then moved to bangy and had the necessary noc etc al but then before i could get the bike re-registered here i had to leave town for a long period of time. Now i want to get rid of the bike and i need an NOC cancellation from the RTO (bangy) it was transferred to. Now the agent has me running in loops telling me that the TN RTO has to issue some email before KA RTO can issue me an NOC cancellation, post which i can go to chennai, get it re-registered there and finally sell it in chennai ![[lol]](https://www.theautomotiveindia.com/forums/images/smilies/Laugh.gif "Laugh [lol]")
