Moving Thunderbird From Bangalore To Chennai

Request fellow members' inputs.
My brother owns a Thunderbird 350 registered in Bangalore. As he has gone abroad for two years, he has asked me (in Chennai) to maintain it.
Can someone tell me the exact procedure involved?
There is no name transfer and the bike is going to be in Chennai for a maximum 2 years.

My friend is using his KA reg Duke in Chennai for the past 2Yrs, without any issues.

I feel, there is no problem in Chennai for using KA reg bike.

But you need to obey signals/rules. till you follow the rules/Signals/Speed limit in city, police wont get interfere your way
