Hi there,
Need some help here as I dont have any idea in this part. I was looking to buy a superbike new or use one (if any good deal). I’ve got a deal but it’s a another state registered. All people says no problem you can feel free ride it. But I’m very scared of these legal issues and don’t have any time to mess with this and not getting any clear statement. Some says All private registered number vehicle can run all over india etc.
So my city is Kolkata (WB) which is full of traffics and cops and the bike is MH registered. So If I purchased what should I do?
# Do I have to re registered it in my state RTO?
# Make sure I will definitely change the ownership name after purchase.
# It’s a clean Indian invoice bike, all papers ok, lifetime road tax paid, No Bank loan or hypothecated.
