Re-Registration of Cars 15 Years Old

I have a Euro-II car registered in Delhi that's going to complete 15 years in December this year. It is quite well maintained and in great shape. Would it be possible to re-register it (extend its registration) in Delhi after obtaining a Fitness Certificate? If not Delhi, then any other Indian city? If yes, what are the modalities involved?

Go to your trusted mechanic. Ask him contact details of his trusted person who does this all. For any car document issue, he will take some fees, but gets it done in 1 day !! These people know about all RTO processes and a lots of alternatives to bypass if any process stands in the way.
Discuss on total cost before hand, and be ready to shell a bit more.
