Queries on Registering a Commercial Vehicle in Bangalore

Hi,

I had some queries about registering a brand new vehicle as a commercial vehicle.

1. Can commercial vehicles be registered under an individual?

2. If not, what is the procedure to register a commercial vehicle?

Note: I wanted some info on registering a new vehicle which will be bought from a showroom as a commercial vehicle.

^^ IMO, showroom themselves will have a check list. Commercial Vehicle can be registered under an individual , maybe trade license is required.
