One License For Both Car and Bike. Possible?

I have these few doubts:
If I get a car license can I ride a bike legally while having the car license? Or do I have to get different licenses for both car and bike?
If you have any other relevant information please suggest i am almost 18 ,so

You have get license for car and bike separately by giving separate tests.
The smart card (document) will be single, mentioning which licenses you got.

Both the license will be issued together in one single card(Electronic Chip) but you need to pass both the test separately and card will contain two separate endorsement for bike as well as for car like MCWG(Motor cycle with Gear) & LMV-NT(Light motor vehicle-Non transport) respectively.

If you apply two of them separately from two different RTOs (even in different places within same state) you will get two license smart cards.
