Fitness Certificate From Jammu RTO

Hi All,

I need to apply for learner licence in jammu and for that I am not sure ffrom which doc to get my fitness certificate from.

the website mentions that it should be MBBS doc and the RTO people say that only got doc can do it.

Can any body tell me if I can get it from any doc(rules might have changed and I am not there)

A self-declaration medical form will suffice unless you’re above 50 and not applying for commercial vehicle license. Get it from a govt. doctor if that’s what J&K RTO demands.
