Hi,
I have my Santro Xing XO, registered in Pune, which I was planning to send off to my younger brother who stays in Noida, UP.
Am slightly confused at the procedure and the cost involved. Could somebody guide me on :
1. Steps that I have to undertake.
2. Steps my brother will have to undertake
3. Cost involved, especially with RTO in change of registration of state and ownership from Pune to Noida.
