Need Suggession About RC Content

I purchase a second hand car and registered it to my name. When I got my RC i found following three lines there

Vehicle registered against TEMPORARY REGISTERED VEHICLE CASE

Air Conditioner (A.C) Fitted - No

PURPOSE TRANSFER OF OWNERSHIP

I could not understand the meaning of that. Anyone please tell me what is that?

Your RC is a smart card or just a paper ?
You have purchased it from a dealer or individual seller?
Give some details of previous owner's RC ? Wheather it is smart card or a paper.?
Wheather your car is equipped with air conditioner.? Which car? Year of manufactuer?

However the the details you have provided means that it is a car without air conditioner , registered
temporarily for the purpose of transfer of ownership from previous owner to new owner.
