Motorsports Gets Recognized By Indian Government

The Govt Of India has finally become accommodating towards motor-sports and has finally given it a place in the Ministry of Sports recognized National Sports Federation.

The recognition though will be greatly beneficial for domestic motorsports organizations, which can run their National Championships in cars, bikes and karts with government recognition now. "Once there is official government recognition, there is increased interest in the student community," Ebrahim said.
