Thats not a serious issue for discussion since it has happened to Maruti Susuki and Santro.
Those who are gaining benefit out of it is difficult to stop them .
But we "slightly Educated Auto enthusiasts"have to be transparent, whether any fault with the car or manufacturer or total blasphemy .
This is no good etiquette to enjoy the pleasure of false criticism or negative publicity.
Personally I do not see any serious Issue with Nano, Kerala is one of the biggest market for nano and you can find lots of them on road presently and if I am correct there was no fire incident yet reported from Kerala.
I have always loved concept of nano and its vfm
factors and most Importantly it is an Indian Based company whom gifted it to world. everybody praised we Indian's for 2000 Dollar car, not because it was so cheap but it was good too, but now it has all evaporated.
Correct me, If a company like Tata fall in India it wouldnt it be a big loss for ourselves.
Nano have a great potential to take over international market but unfortunately they got messed up in homeland itself. OT
I remember an incident mentioned by my friend, whose relative have a safari and Innova and two other cars too(rich retired gulf employee).
He just loves his safari so much for its age ,ruggedness and feel but uses it for special occasion and long tours.
OTOH his Innova he use it for general commute ,2 years old broke down twice (he bought it just because his daughter demanded.)
My friend mentioned how ironical his behavior gets when he is in tata service centre vs toyota SS.
In tata SS he stands impatient, bossing around , loud, bashing everybody, shouting et al. and quarreling for single penny.
where as in Toyota service center he stammers, doesn't dare to open his mouth and pay whatever payment bill shows.
even funnier is toyota Bill always came heavy on his pocket and that is what is one of the reason for his special love towards safari.
