Door opening Latch in right under the chrome strip over where S is written of Safari on the rear number plate.
Rear Door is ok like any other MUVs/Suvs
The vehicle look super cool in flesh, expecially with some of the modification like Bullbars, extra lights, rear additional bars and some nice stickers like the one on Green colour Safari.
It is a big vehicle, lots of space, some more fit and finish is required in the interiors and a bit better panel gaps...
Overall the Vehicle rocks, i dont miss the rear tyre at all.
The SILVER COLOUR Lining is on all the models and its in the same colour for all the variants and color options. It is in a ay good as it breaks the monotony of the rear door.
The vehicle might be launched below 8.5L for base model in Ex Showroom Delhi in 2-3 months time, once the feedback from media houses and report from AC Nielsen will be incorporated in the unveiled vehicle.
Given my review and feedback to them and hope they'll incorporate at least 50% of them to make it a better vehicle.
This is a new vehicle as almost 83% parts and body panels are new.
No news on Dual Mass FLy Wheel
But New Chasis, MII Gearbox (much smoother shifting Aria Like, as i have tried to engage them),
better clutch (a bit soft than my Indigo),
Soft touch inetrior plastics on doors and dash,
AC Vents on roof is well integrated
2nd row seats are super comfy
1st row seats are superb (nice to & aft and height adjustabiltiy) even in Lx variant
Models will be
4x2: Lx, Lxa, Ex, Vx and Vxp
4x4: Vx and Vxp
Any other information required than please ask me as i have spent more than 100 minutes with this beauty and had a detailed discussuions with many people there.
Have the brochure given by them and in that about brakes it is written Drum in Hat, dont know what that means?
Each and every one who has seen the vehicle in flesh liked it, though some of them only miss the rear tyre..
All queries are welcome and hv got many more interior and underbody pics, name the specific part and if i have will share it with you...
